the location was good facilities were plentiful and the staff were attentive
the restaurant service was slow i waited over an hour for my food the food quality was below expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber it really dampened my experience.

the staff were friendly and willing to help. the resort is close to the airport and the falls (it took just a short drive to get there). the location on the zambezi river is lovely (i especially liked the views).
the food was not up to standard. i found breakfast not nice.

The hotel sits right on the Zambezi River banks. The pool is lovely. I saw gazebos available. Victoria Falls is only a couple of kilometers away.
